Art Level 1 curriculum

The first year syllabus focuses on learning the nuances of using different brushes , mediums, media & layering & compiling of techniques learnt in various projects undertaken throughout the year Listed below are some of the areas that are focused on in the first year.

Theory:
Different types of colors,
Color schemes,
Different kinds of mediums,
Brushes-Uses & Care

Crayons: 
Shading, 
Mixing of 2 or more colors

Water Colors:
Basics of water colors
Crayon resist
Salt resist
Speckling

Using different media to mix both crayons & water colors & layering of techniques learnt.
